State Farm Mutual Automobile Insurance Co., the largest insurer of autos in West Virginia, announced today that it is lowering its overall auto rate level in the state by an average of 4.9 percent - a move that will save its West Virginia customers $14 million a year. The company said the rate decrease will be effective March 17."Overall premium changes for individual motorists will vary depending on factors such as the coverage they carry, the discounts for which they qualify, where they live, the kind of vehicle insured, who drives it and how much it is driven," State Farm said.....
