British drivers are having to dig deep to pay record prices for diesel and petrol following a surge in oil prices to all-time highs, motoring group the AA said this week. Britain's petrol prices are the fourth most expensive in Europe and more than double those in the United States. According to the AA, the average car owner is now spending pounds 18.84 more a month on petrol.....
