QUINCY - Arbella Insurance Group is doubling what it spends on marketing this year as the Quincy company tries to build its brand awareness amid a shift toward increased competition in the Massachusetts market.Arbella CEO John Donohue said on Monday that the company will spend twice what it has typically spent on advertising and other marketing costs this year. Arbella, the third-largest auto insurer in the state based on market share, launched a new set of radio ads and online ads in mid- January, Donohue said.....
