You were very pleasant and easy to work with.

THE great motoring getaway has begun, with the annual escape from the dreary daily routine led by Britain's half-million strong army of caravanners.
Many motorists will have serviced their cars ready for towing the extra weight of a caravan, which will also have been given the once- over after enduring some severe winter weather.
That has prompted caravan and motorhome insurance specialists Safeguard have issued an alert to the nation's enthusiasts - make sure you are properly insured or face the consequences.
A sizeable number of caravanners wrongly believe that car insurance is all they need to cover their home-from-home against any eventuality.
However, car insurance only offers basic cover for the caravan while both vehicles are connected by the tow bar.
Safeguard Insurance manager and keen caravanner Rita Sadler said: "Car insurance alone is legally sufficient while the caravan is being towed, but that provides only third party liability.
"As soon as the caravan is unhitched, it is without any form of insurance.
"Here's where the problems start - and it gets worse as the season gets in full swing."
Rita knows of one caravan that rolled off its moorings, pinning a pedestrian against a wall, and another which slid down a hill and crashed into a row of parked cars.
Stolen caravans, too, number more than 3000 in the UK alone in an average year - and owners aren't covered unless they have specialist caravan insurance
Rita added: "People need to be aware that they could find themselves in a really bad legal and financial situation without the right cover."
