Apr. 25--Consumers in California have the best auto insurance coverage and rates, but Ohioans also fared pretty well in a new nationwide study. The study, conducted by the Consumer Federation of America, was crafted primarily to show how regulatory polices can affect auto insurance rates. Ohio motorists pay $669 annually on average for auto coverage, the 39th highest rate in the country.....
