May 13--In the wake of Sunday's tornadoes, midstate residents have reported damage ranging from missing shingles to total losses, home and auto insurers say. "In times like this, when the power is out, generally we'll get an influx of calls as the power starts to come back up," said Geri Powell of Nationwide Insurance, the property claims manager for Georgia. Throughout the day Monday, Powell and claims representatives from other insurers made initial surveys of areas hit hardest by Sunday's tornadoes.....
