Jul. 18--Fifteen Columbus charities will share the leftovers of a multimillion-dollar settlement of a class-action lawsuit against Grange Mutual Casualty Co. The charities are among 47 statewide that will benefit from the $13.5 million windfall remaining from the $46 million settlement after most of the plaintiffs could not be located. In 1998, the law firm of Dworken & Bernstein brought the suit against Grange alleging that it had overcharged car-insurance policyholders for uninsured- and underinsured-motorist coverage.....
