A MAN has been fined pounds 300 for having no car insurance. When Keith Bertram failed to appear before Gateshead magistrates, the case was proved in his absence. Bertram, 21, of Haig Street, Dunston, received six penalty points and was ordered to pay pounds 30 costs.....
