AMONG the cases dealt with at Teesside Magistrates' Court on July 9 were:

Danielle Marie McLoughlin, 24, of Union Street, Middlesbrough, jailed for 12 weeks for theft.

Craig Owen Atkins, 25, of no fixed address, jailed for four months for burglary and Bail Act offences.

Kelvin Walker, 51, of Thornton Street, North Ormesby, Middlesbrough, banned from driving for 12 months and fined pounds 300 and pounds 37 costs for having no insurance and driving without an appropriate licence.

Stewart James Wright, 31, of no fixed address, jailed for four months for burglary.

Ian Lewis Martin, 19, of West Croft Road, Grangetown, banned from driving for 12 months for having no insurance, driving without an appropriate licence and using a mini motorcycle without protective headgear.

AMONG the cases dealt with at Teesside Magistrates' Court on July 10 was:

Darren Knight, 39, of no fixed address, jailed for 12 weeks and fined pounds 150 for breaching an Anti-social Behaviour Order, breaching a conditional discharge, Public Order Act offences and being drunk and disorderly.

AMONG the cases dealt with at Langbaurgh East Magistrates' Court on July 10 was: Martin Blake George Garratt, 28, of Pelham Street, Middlesbrough, jailed for 70 days for breaching an Anti-social Behaviour Order, breaching a suspended sentence, using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour and assault.

AMONG the cases dealt with at East Middlesbrough Community Justice Court on July 11 were:

Daniel James Cook, 18, of Barrass Grove, Brambles Farm, Middlesbrough, given a 12-month community order and ordered to pay pounds 50 costs for breaching an Anti-social Behaviour Order, possession of Class C drugs and breaching a conditional discharge.

Andrew Livingstone, 18, of Aldridge Road, Park End, Middlesbrough, given a three-month custodial sentence suspended for 12 months for theft, failing to surrender and breaching a community order.

AMONG the cases dealt with at Langbaurgh East Magistrates' Court on July 11 was:

David Cowling, 24, of High Street West, Redcar, banned from driving for 16 months and fined pounds 150 with pounds 60 costs for drink-driving.

AMONG the cases at Teesside Magistrates' Court on Tuesday July 22 were:

Kenneth Michael Falloon, 33, of Westbourne Grove, North Ormesby, banned from driving for three years, given a 12 month community order and ordered to pay pounds 30 costs for drink-driving.

Carl James Crook, 24, of Portman Street, Middlesbrough, jailed for four months and banned from driving for two years for theft, driving while disqualified, and using a car without insurance.
