Aug. 20--When most people are trying to cut corners, they're probably not considering tacking on a few more bucks to the car insurance bill as a way to save money. Constan has introduced a bill in Lansing that would require all auto insurance companies in Michigan to offer this coverage. Constan's bill is strongly opposed by the Insurance Institute of Michigan, which says the market is already offering the coverage through many, though not all, insurers.....
