Nov. 18--Rockhill Insurance Group on Monday announced an agreement to be acquired by State Automobile Mutual Insurance Co. Kansas City-based Rockhill writes about $135 million in specialty property and casualty insurance through four subsidiaries: Rockhill Insurance Co., Plaza Insurance Co., American Compensation Insurance Co. and Bloomington Compensation Insurance Co.
