Strengthening relationships with consumers, one customer at a time
CORNWALL, ON, June 23 /CNW/ - Today, Tim Currie, Assistant Vice President, Allstate Canada, was on hand for the official grand opening of a new Allstate Insurance Agency in Cornwall, Ontario. Earlier in the day, Currie was in the national capital region, opening a new agency in Kanata, Ontario.
"Our highly experienced staff has over 50 years of combined insurance experience and we feel confident that we can deliver on client expectations every time. We can provide a policy designed to meet our clients' needs. Visit agents Ray Eady, Debbie Villeneuve or myself and allow us the opportunity to showcase our commitment to Cornwall consumers in delivering on the Good Hands promise," said Barbara Bissonnette, agency manager of the Cornwall location.
In 2007, Allstate announced that it was going to enhance its agent distribution model in order to better respond to customer expectations and to the demands of an evolving marketplace and introduced the new Allstate Insurance Agency (AIA).
"Consumers in Eastern Ontario are going to notice a real difference in the way we do business in the new Allstate Insurance Agency. From the moment clients enter the door, and through every step of the transaction process, they will receive great service," Currie said.
The new Allstate Insurance Agency creates a consistent delivery model by providing consumers with access to a team of experienced and knowledgeable Allstate agents who will each be accountable for managing specific aspects of a customer's needs. In each Agency there will be:
-An Allstate Agent who will create and develop the relationship at new
business;
-An Allstate Agent who will expand the relationship by identifying
additional features to meet changing and evolving insurance needs;
and
-An Allstate Agent who will strengthen the relationship at renewal
time and provide customer service and support.
John Kealey, agency manager of the West Ottawa AIA, added, "I have been blessed with a very knowledgeable and experienced staff as well as a big, beautiful office with great visibility and accessibility. All are invited to stop in and meet the team: Nick Begin, Judy Kealey, Tony Prevost, Amida Siadat, Gwen Stone, Sandy Villeneuve-Elson and Kathryn Windsor. We're committed to helping you achieve peace of mind and provide personal solutions to any and all of your insurance needs. Our goal is to deliver on the promise: You're in Good Hands with Allstate...all of the time."
Currently, 94% of the new agencies have been opened and upon the project's completion later this year, there will be 93 new Agencies in total across Canada, with more than half in Ontario. Other agencies are located in the Maritimes, Alberta and Quebec.
Allstate Insurance Company of Canada produces and distributes home and auto insurance products right across Canada.
