Jun. 20--Conservative radio host Michael Graham won't get his day in court, but he vowed to continue his battle on behalf of Bay State drivers after prosecutors dismissed motor vehicle charges against him. Graham, also an op-ed Herald columnist, was arrested in Framingham in February for running a red light and driving with a revoked license. Registrar Rachel Kaprielian had sent Graham a letter in October saying she planned to suspend his license in 30 days unless he cleared up a car insurance violation in Virginia, where his license already had been revoked....

Jun. 19--Many New Jersey drivers will pay more for auto insurance when they renew this year as insurers try to offset the rising cost of health-care claims. Since Allstate New Jersey Insurance Co. announced in February it was seeking state approval for a 15.4 percent increase, nine more carriers -- including Geico Group, Progressive Garden State Insurance Co., and Travelers Auto Insurance Co. of New Jersey -- have received permission to raise premiums by 2.9 percent to 7 percent. Geico, which raised its rates last month by 6.9 percent, insures more than 700,000 vehicles in New Jersey....
