Nov. 11--An Oxnard man repaid his insurance company more than $3,500 as part of an agreement in which he pleaded guilty to felony auto insurance fraud, the Ventura County District Attorney's Office announced Tuesday. Hidalgo Lopez Gomez, 30, claimed his truck was stolen while he was inside an Oxnard market on Saviers Road in January, authorities said.
