Craig Stephen Cummings, 20, of Grand Avenue, Ely, Cardiff, was fined pounds 100 and had six penalty points added to his driving licence after pleading guilty to using a car without insurance and without a valid licence. Darren Lee Hogan, 22, of Loudoun Square, Butetown, Cardiff, was given a five-month community order and told to pay pounds 75 court costs after pleading guilty to having a kitchen knife in public....
