I am a Massachusetts resident with a MA license and insurance. I got a speeding ticket for going on Interstate 89 at 80 mph in a 65 mph zone in Grafton County, NH. If I pay the ticket will that show up on my MA driving record? Also I heard that if you overpay then chances are that it will not show up on the record. Is that true? Utah has a "plea of abeyance" where, if you do not get another ticket in 1 year, then the original ticket never shows up on your record.
Does Idaho have this as well? If I do end up having to plea guilty, where would I take a defensive driving course (to hopefully lessen the points on my record), in Utah or Idaho?
