As competition among auto insurance companies heats up, more companies are competing on high-tech and highly personal customer care to keep the business. Progressive is offering what it calls "concierge claims service" at its new service center in San Antonio, a process that cuts the customer's time involved in the repair process to 15 minutes or less.....
