Investigators with the San Bernardino County District Attorney's Office have made two arrests in separate auto insurance fraud cases.On Friday, investigators arrested 31-year-old Fontana resident Luis Contreras after he surrendered, according to a District Attorney's news release.He was booked at the West Valley Detention Center in Rancho Cucamonga on suspicion of insurance fraud.....
