EDMONTON (CP) - After Alberta's insurance companies showed a distinct lack of enthusiasm for lowering auto rates on their own, the government announced Tuesday it has ordered a six per cent cut.That was after Finance Minister Shirley McClellan directed the Auto Insurance Rate Board in February to review premiums in light of record industry profits."We expected that other companies would be coming forward; I'm disappointed that more companies didn't," McClellan said Tuesday.....
