Evading responsibility (CT Statute 14-224) is a serious violation that comes with an automatic license suspension in Connecticut. This type of violation remains on your Connecticut driver's license for 10 years as well while minor moving violations only remain on your record for 3 years and points for 2 years from the conviction date.
