14-224(c) is for racing a motor vehicle on a public road. First violation has a 30 days suspension of your driver's license subsequent violations result in 90 days.
Subsection (g) notes that any person who violates the provisions of subsection (b) or (c) of this section (14-224) shall be fined not less than seventy-five ($75) dollars nor more than six hundred dollars ($600) or be imprisoned not more than one (1)year or be both fined and imprisoned, and for any subsequent offense shall be fined not less than one hundred dollars ($100) nor more than one thousand ($1000) dollars or imprisoned not more than one (1) year or be both fined and imprisoned.
