The procedure is different depending on the carrier you are through with CarInsurance.com. Policy changes can be done over the phone, online or in a service location.

Here the procedures for each of our current carriers:

· Esurance Insurance Company- Log into your account and you can transfer insurance online.

· Direct General Insurance Company – To make changes to your policy, please call 1-800-444-4211. They will help on the phone or send you to a service location.

· Safeco Insurance – Log into your account for policy services or call 1-800-578-6701.

· The Hartford –For questions or to make changes to your policy, call toll-free at 1-800-624-5578 Monday to Friday 8 am to 8 pm, your local time.
