Car Insurance Question  I was hit in a parking lot and my bumper is destroyed. What am I responsible for and do I still have to pay my deductible?

I am assuming that you do not know who hit your vehicle. If this is so, you can submit a claim under your own insurance policy. If you do then you will be responsible for your deductible.

You can comparison shop your policy here by getting a car insurance quote.
