Q

Is there a way to get old tickets off your driving record?

A

There could possibly be a way in which to get points from a previous ticket off your driving record but typically once you are convicted of an actual moving violation it is not able to be removed until the state regulated time period allows it to be dropped off of your driving record.

Since state laws and the ways in which they record and keep violation information varies to find out if your state has a way in which to get an old violation take off your driver's history or to find out how long it will take for these violations to "fall off" your motor vehicle history you will need to contact your state's Department of Motor Vehicles or like agency.
