Car Insurance Question  How many points are accessed in Pennsylvania for being 13 MPH over the speed limit? Where can I find a listing of Pennsylvania's points?

According to the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation's vehicle code 3362, three (3) points are assessed for exceeding the speed limit by 11- 15 miles per hour. If the violation occurs in an active work zone, then a 15 day suspension will follow.

You can get a quote for Pittsburgh auto insurance at www.carinsurance.com. We can insure you in any other city too.

More details regarding Pennsylvania's point system can be found at www.dot10.state.pa.us/pdotforms/dl_forms/dl-71p.pdf.
